We comply with the guidelines of the Organic Law 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data, the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December approving the Regulation of development of the Organic Law and other regulations in force at all times, and ensures proper use and processing of personal data of the user.

When you buy something from our shop, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our shop, we also automatically receive your Internet Protocol (IP) address from your computer in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): with your permission, we can send you e-mails about our shop, new products and other updates.

Our shop is hosted by Shopify Inc. We provide the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Your data is stored through the Shopify data storage, the Shopify Application databases. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card details. It is encrypted using the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). The purchase transaction data is stored only for as long as it is necessary to complete the purchase transaction.  On completion, the purchase transaction information will be deleted.

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Board, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

The PCI-DSS requirements help to ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our shop and its service providers.
